Conflict happens. And while it can’t be avoided, it can be skillfully and successfully managed. Ben takes great pride and pleasure in adding Verbal Defense and Influence (VDI) training to his speaking and education work. As the media director for The Vistelar Group in Milwaukee, Ben is engaged in VDI training through the media and in person with health care organizations; corporations; law enforcement and schools.

This training centers on teaching people to treat others with dignity by showing them respect. This focus mirrors the broadcasting approach Ben has taken throughout his career.
